This Privacy Policy explains what information AIStorageDepot (the “Service”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Account information: your email address, an optional display name, and a password (stored only as a one-way hash — we never store or see your actual password).
Your content: the prompts, rules, documents, configurations, tags, and other content you create or upload, including your edit/version history. This content is yours; we store it to provide the Service to you.
Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number — Stripe does, under its own privacy policy. We retain billing status (e.g. plan, renewal date) needed to provide your subscription.
Technical information: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and basic server and security logs (such as request and error logs) generated when you use the Service. We also keep aggregate, non-identifying usage counters (for example, how many times our public pages were viewed on a given day) — these are simple daily totals that use no cookies and are not linked to you.
Publicly shared content: if you create a share link for an item, anyone with that link can view it (and it may be indexed by search engines) until the link expires — links last 7 days — or you revoke it, whichever comes first. Sharing is always an explicit action you take — nothing is public by default.
We use your information to operate and provide the Service; to authenticate you and keep your account secure; to process subscriptions and payments; to send you necessary transactional emails (such as email verification, password resets, important account or storage notices, and replies to messages you send us); and to maintain and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your stored content for advertising.
We use a strictly-necessary, http-only session cookie to keep you signed in, and a small preference cookie (for example, your light/dark theme). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers that process data on our behalf to run the Service: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), Microsoft Azure (application hosting and database), and Cloudflare (DNS). Your data may be processed in the United States and Canada. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy practices.
We keep your content while your account and plan are active. Consistent with our Terms of Service, content may be placed in a read-only state or deleted — for example when a plan’s storage limit is exceeded, a subscription lapses, or an account or organization is closed. You can delete your own items at any time, and you can permanently delete your entire account and all associated personal data yourself — you don’t have to ask us — from Settings → Delete account.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information: passwords are hashed, and data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can access and update your information from within the Service, export your content, change your password, delete items, and permanently delete your entire account at any time from Settings — you don’t have to ask us. For any other request, such as access to or correction of your personal data, contact us at the address below.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
