These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIStorageDepot (the “Service”). By creating an account, clicking “I Agree,” or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data will be preserved, accurate, or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
You are solely responsible for the content you store and for maintaining your own backups of anything important. The Service is a convenience tool, not a system of record or a backup service. We may, consistent with your plan and our published policies, place content in a read-only state or delete content — for example, when a plan’s storage limit is exceeded, after a subscription lapses, or when an account or organization is closed. We are not responsible for any loss of content for any reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will AIStorageDepot, its owners, or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $50.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorized way, store unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, and access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above and may ask you to re-accept. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and AIStorageDepot agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
