These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIStorageDepot (the “Service”), including the free public sample library that is available without an account — for example over the MCP server or the API. By creating an account, clicking “I Agree,” or otherwise accessing or using the Service, with or without an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data will be preserved, accurate, or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Everything you store in the Service remains yours — we claim no ownership of your content. So that we can run the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, back up, process, transmit, and display your content, solely as needed to provide the Service and the features you use — for example syncing content to your devices over the API and MCP, publishing an item to a team or company library, or making an item publicly viewable when you create a share link. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for short-lived backup copies retained on our published schedule. We do not use your content to train AI models.
You are solely responsible for the content you store and for maintaining your own backups of anything important. The Service is a convenience tool, not a system of record or a backup service. We may, consistent with your plan and our published policies, place content in a read-only state or delete content — for example, when a plan’s storage limit is exceeded, after a subscription lapses, or when an account or organization is closed. We are not responsible for any loss of content for any reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will AIStorageDepot, its owners, or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $50.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorized way, store unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your content is yours. You can export it, download it, or sync it to your devices (for example with the pull command) at any time, and use those files freely for yourself and within your own organization — including committing generated command files to your organization’s repositories. What you may not do is use exports or pulled files to substitute for the Service for people outside your account or organization — for example, systematically redistributing a library to non-subscribers so they can avoid plans or seats, or reselling content delivery that the Service provides. Example content we provide (such as the prebuilt library) may be used in your work but not resold or redistributed as a standalone collection.
If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated copyright agent (below) including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the URL or share link of the material you want removed; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We will remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice, notify the user who stored it, and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, and access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above and may ask you to re-accept. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and AIStorageDepot agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
